Kisaan Die Tech has distinguished itself by strictly adhering to high quality standards and on-time delivery. As our capacity and capabilities have increased and we entered the European and North American forging markets, new certifications have been obtained.
Quality Assurance
Kisaan Die Tech performs mechanical testing in accordance with BS (British) and ASTM (American) standards. Our range of mechanical tests includes tensile strength, hardness, and impact testing. Other mechanical tests are available on request.
Kisaan Die Tech’s Non-Destructive Inspection capabilities include Ultrasonic and Liquid Die Penetrant testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Positive Particle Identification (PMI). Kisaan Die Tech’s Non- Destructive Testing programme is overseen by a consulting, Level III ASNT metallurgist. Our Quality Control Engineers are certified at Level II under ASNT’s SNT-TC-1A guidelines and receive regular training at an accredited institute.
In addition to these on-site capabilities, Kisaan Die Tech also provides third party, mechanical, chemical and non-destructive analysis by independent agencies such as TUV, Det Norske Veritas, Lloyds Register, and through NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories, India) approved laboratories.
Our rigorous vendor qualification program ensures that only vendors who can meet our standards for quality, traceability and process conformance are selected. At various points during the manufacturing process, samples are taken and tested to ensure that quality standards are met.

Kisaan Die Tech is proud to be certified under ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management Systems. We are also certified as manufacturers of pressure vessels, in accordance with EU Pressure Equipment Directives (PED 2014/68/EU) and AD Merkblatt W0. Kisaan Die Tech is also recognized as a Well-Known Forge under IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations).
