Forged shafts are ideal for power transfer and other critical applications. The high strength to weight ratio of forged shafts and improved impact resistance makes them ideal for applications such as engine crankshafts, marine propeller shafts, and wind turbine shafts.

Products

Kisaan Die Tech forges shafts for many different applications. Shafts are available in carbon and alloy steels and can be threaded, bored, tapered, splined or eccentric, according to your specifications. Kisaan Die Tech can forge shafts to maximum dimensions of:

  • Maximum outside diameter – 450 mm
  • Maximum length – 6000 mm
  • Maximum forged weight forged weight – 5000 kg
