Tube Sheets

A tube sheet is a perforated plate designed to accommodate pipes or tubes. These sheets provide support and isolate tubes for many different applications, notably in heat exchangers and boilers. Forged tube sheets offer higher strength and toughness at a lower weight.

In addition to flanges, Kisaan Die Tech also manufactures tube sheets. Tube sheets can be supplied drilled and/or machined to your specifications. Tube sheets forged from carbon steel are available in standard and custom sizes, to maximum dimensions of 2000mm x 350mm and a maximum weight of 4000kgs. Tube sheets can also be manufactured from alloy and stainless steels to maximum dimensions of 1800mm x 350mm.
